There are several things great about Mr. August: John Sousoulas and the 24-hour diner he’s been running for more than 25 years. The traditional cum contemporary eatery had recently undergone a renovation that decorates the place with beautiful lookouts of Santorini, and of course, sizable remakes of the Parthenon itself.
We commend you, Mr. Sousoulas – ahem, excuse me, Mr. August – for the divine food (and mystery hiding under that apron) you bring to the table.

ha, ha, this is fun; however, I’m not sure I’d want to be served by a shirtless fellow.
As long as the food is good I’m quite happy being served by half naked staff – it might even give me an appetite.
Jesting apart, another great shot from the calendar – although I was a little mystified by the inverted cup hovering over the plate – until I figured it out…!
Photography worth of a goddess & your humuor really rocks, Jess. Great Mister, great image!
All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.

What a great photograph – I love how beautiful you’ve portrayed the happiness and joy in that diner. The quote and title is placed perfectly as well. Congrats!
